Terms of Service - FlixFox

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and FlixFox, regarding access to or use of streaming services on the Android APK, Windows PC, Android TV Supported or Content curation made available in India. By downloading, installing or using any of the services of FlixFox (whether through our mobile application, PC app or smart TV), you are bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitations along with other applicable laws of India including but not limited to Information Technology Act 2000, IT Rules 2021, DPDP Rules 2026, content classification norms forbidding obscenity and vulgar content as per guidelines issued under it.

1. Grant of Limited License

FlixFox offers you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service of our company for personal or home purposes. This license grants you the right to use the material (such as Bollywood hits, regional movies, K-dramas and on-demand web series) for streaming and downloading selected content solely for social, domestic and private purposes. You shall not share your access to FlixFox with others nor can you use it for group viewing or in public locations, transmit such streaming content publicly without the prior expressed written permission of FlixFox, including APK files and PC login information.

2. Content Usage Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

Without the prior written consent of FlixFox or its applicable third-party owner, you cannot distribute, upload, transfer, copy, reproduce, modify or sell any data from information obtained through your use of FlixFox -- either for commercial purposes or non-commercial sharing with others. All platform content is copyright protected under Indian and international copyright laws: Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of all content is liable to legal action in India. Other no-nos are the use of custom/pirated APKs, fiddling with PC/Android TV compatible settings, hacking servers or security protections and bypassing geographic restrictions.

3. Service Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. Although we hope for HD uninterrupted streaming and a smooth experience across Android, PC, and Android TV devices, and also an APK that is light enough to be installed in seconds, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee there not being any hiccups: technical or otherwise. We are not responsible directly or indirectly, for any direct damages or losses caused by your use or inability to use the service, including the outages of said service and device compatibility issues.

4. Term Updates & Governing Law

From time to time, we may change these Terms to account for new Services or legal requirements. Substantive changes will be notified through an in-app pop-up, with updated Terms available under the "Settings > Legal" section branded with a revised date. The continued use of FlixFox 30 days after an updated version will be considered as acceptance to the updated Terms. All disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of India, and you agree that jurisdiction for any claim or dispute will be exclusively with the state where you reside within India or FlixFox's principal place of business in India.
