This Disclaimer applies to all FlixFox streaming services, features, applications and content we offer in India on our lighter APK app for Android platform only including but not limited to our PC Product, Windows version of application and the Android TV Product. It describes the limitation of liability of FlixFox and user using the site, which are governed under The Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, IT Rules 2021 as well as Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 2023. You acknowledge and fully accept this Disclaimer, regardless of whether you install or use FlixFox services on your device and agree to abide by the terms in it.

1. Service Disclaimer & Warranty

FlixFox is provided under these Terms of Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express or implied, including warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We are trying our best to deliver quick and smooth APK download, HD streaming in PC and Android TV, easy navigation on website, correct metadata for all Bollywood India movies yet we can't progress without your support. These problems can be due to reasons that you're not able to control (like scheduled server maintenance, or network problems), and some are a result of the limitations of technology or our services.

2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or our agents (including if our agents are under a similar obligation) be liable for any damages, losses or liabilities including without limitation, indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the FlixFox service on Android, PC and Android TV. This includes without limitation damages resulting from service interruptions, content not being available (because of changing licensing agreements, regional limitations on copyrights due to territories or third-party restrictions placed on the content) and issues regarding the downloading/installation of APK files as well as compatibility with older PCs/Android TV models or defects appearing when opening an application/video file which may prevent quality streaming–even though such defects would also apply if you were denied access to Bollywood, regional cinema, K-dramas or other types of curated content.

3. Third-Party Content & Regulatory Compliance

The vast majority of FlixFox's content is licensed from third-party copyright holders (movie studios, distributors of Korean drama, local production companies and live TV channels). FlixFox does not own the third-party content, and acknowledges no responsibility in connection with such content (including, without limitation, mistake or negligence) and such content resulting in any loss, damage or injury of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or add any content available under our service at any time without notice based on license fee payment, regulatory compliance or for reasons beyond its reasonable control. FlixFox strictly follows India's COTP Rules 2023: the app shows warning message about 'Smoking is Injurious to Health' before running any content and user can skip this message for only once in a day on the same machine and health spots are mandatory ad format, applies to all channels and studios across supported devices.

4. User Responsibility & External Links

You agree that your use of FlixFox is entirely as provided herein. We are not liable for any damage to your device, hardware or data and information security that is associated with the use of our Site - such terms also apply to stolen Android APKs/Pirated applications, as described above—Unauthorized software versions of FlixFox's PC Software (our application for Windows), Android App (which is available via Google Play Service) and without our direct authorization/unblock apps for Smart TV devices (FlixFox closed BETA app NEVER published on market) will be hacked FlixFox apps—we have no control over these already hacked fake/duplicated or otherwise unmodified android/kodi or any other related APK/APP(s) as well. FlixFox site may include hyperlinks to other web sites (external links) - we do not endorse any related content of these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policy or practices; services that they provide.

5. General Provisions

Our liability is restricted to the maximum extent allowed by Indian law and in no event will anything here exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct. This Disclaimer forms part of FlixFox’s Terms of Service and in the event that there is any conflict between those terms and this, then the Terms of Service shall prevail.
